Chief Financial Officer
I began my career in the field of orthodontics in 1991 by joining this practice. I received my Bachelor of Business Administration degree from Stephen F. Austin State University in 1980. I started here as a scheduling coordinator and after working as an insurance coordinator, I eventually became the chief financial officer in 2008. With my business experience, I feel I am qualified to assist our patients and their families with all their business and financial needs. I work closely with the doctors to aid in making the office run smoothly. I feel I work for the best orthodontic practice in East Texas. We work together so well and love each other as family while creating beautiful smiles.
I married my husband, David in 1981. We enjoy spending time with our sons and daughters-in-law, Bryan and Gretchen and Kyle and Christine, and the apple of our eye, our grandchild, Emma Claire & Everett David Niehaus. I love spending my free time at the lake, traveling and cheering on my favorite team, "The Texas Rangers".!!!
Chief Operating Officer
I began working for this practice in 1987. I have enjoyed being the first person to get to see each beautiful smile once the braces are removed. As the chief operating officer, I love the challenge of keeping our office running efficiently and smoothly. The past few years I have stepped into the marketing side of the practice where I am able to promote this awesome practice out in the community and the schools. My ultimate personal goal is that each of my patients feels they were treated with a professional gentleness, compassion and optimal care.
My greatest joy is spending time with my family which includes my high school sweetheart husband, Mark, my son Corey and his wife Kaylee, my daughter Chelsea and her husband R.J. My sweetest gifts of all are my six grandchildren, Carlee, Cooper, Caroline, Norah, Oliver and Sayer. I love teaching my Sunday School class, doing precept Bible Studies, entertaining at my home with all my family and friends. God has blessed me beyond measure and I am eternally grateful to Him most and above all!
Chief Marketing Officer
I started my career in orthodontics in 2004, but I joined my office family at Sherman and Briscoe Orthodontics in 2009. I am a certified dental assistant and have an additional coronal polishing certification. While working as a patient manager for 12 years, my career path changed as I found a passion for marketing a reputable office, the loving staff and such knowledgeable Doctors. As chief marketing officer, I can reach out into our community to educate on braces and the incredible history and reputation of our office. I am involved in marketing the practice through compiling and organizing many school and community advertisements as well as assisting in the marketing through social media. You may see me out in our community, at school functions, health fairs and on social media representing our office.
I have truly been blessed with my amazing family. My husband, Casey, and I, had our prayers answered as we welcomed our first born, Elle Berkley, to the family in 2018. She brings so much joy to our lives each day. Outside of the office, we enjoy spending time with our FRamily (friends and family), spontaneous trips and hunting.

I joined this practice in 2002 with three years of experience in the field of orthodontics. I enjoy greeting our patients and their families with a bright and friendly smile when they walk through our doors and assisting them as they check-in for each appointment. I love the patients and all my co-workers! I find it a challenge as well as a pleasure in helping them schedule and reschedule their appointments that fit into their busy schedules.
I have a beautiful grown daughter, Kourtney and a super sweet son, Drew. My time away from the office is spent decorating my home as well as sharing great decorating tips with my friends. I thoroughly enjoy getting my hands dirty working in my yard, going antique shopping and most importantly, spending time with my family!
Being welcomed into the Sherman and Briscoe family in 2017 has been one of the best career choices I have made. With a history in customer service, I can use my skills efficiently to help patients with their scheduling needs. I was raised in the small town of Jalisco, Mexico and my first language is Spanish. Using my bilingual trait is a benefit in our office, as I can interpret for families and patients the benefits of Orthodontics. Here I feel like I am a part of a family and not just an employee.
I married my amazing husband, Robert, in 2014. Together we have 4 sweet teenagers, of which we are very proud and 2 pets, Nacho and Muffin. Our family enjoys all types of physical activities, working-out, hiking, cycling and participating in running events, but most of all, serving God.
I joined the family here at Sherman and Briscoe Orthodontics in 2011. I work closely with our patients and their families creating a financial plan that works best for them and filing their insurance claims. I love speaking Spanish and am always excited to translate for our Spanish-speaking patients and families. There are many things I love about my job! This practice recognizes the importance of family and allows us the flexibility to spend time as needed with our families. They have created a working atmosphere that is like family!
I am married to Kenneth and we have two wonderful children. Mason who can be described in one word "Redneck" and our daughter Kendi, who is active in dancing and cheering and loves all animals especially horses and her dog, Paco. I love all sports except golf! I am an outdoors girl and enjoy hunting, fishing, and lake life! Entertaining with family and friends is my kind of evening! I love my Tatum Eagles/Beckville Bearcats, I love my job but first and foremost, I love that God gave me all this!
I have been in the field of orthodontics for over 25 years and have worked in general dentistry five years prior to that. I have experience in all aspects of orthodontics. Before joining this practice, I worked as a laboratory technician and an orthodontic technician. I began here as a patient manager but I am now one of the Treatment Coordinators. I assist our doctors in the initial exam and help our patients and families understand their orthodontic needs. I feel with my experience I can explain any questions or concerns they might have. My favorite thing about my job is the pride I feel when a life has been changed because of the beautiful smile we helped create.
I love spending time with my husband, Donny and my soccer playing son, Nathan and my smart and active daughter, Natalie. Away from work you can find me at the soccer field cheering or on the lake fishing.
I began my career in orthodontics by joining this practice in 1999. I started working in the laboratory as an assistant and records coordinator and eventually became a treatment coordinator. I assist the doctors in the initial exam and help our patients with the process of beginning their orthodontic treatment. I love my co-workers and the doctors I work for. I love the fun atmosphere that this orthodontic practice offers. My favorite thing is helping patients achieve a great smile!
I have two awesome kiddos, Preston and Kendall.We love spending time together, our roller coaster adventures at Six Flags and the beach. During the school year you can find me rooting for our favorite cheerleader, Kendall, and supporting Preston as he marches under the Friday Night Lights.
Patient Managers/Clinical Team

Our well-trained clinical team includes a registered dental hygienist, sterilization technicians, records technicians, and clinical assistants to meet every aspect of patient care. As a patient, you are assigned a personal manager who closely follows all phases of your treatment including hygiene, progress of treatment, emergencies and repairs, and timely completion of treatment. Providing a personal manager is our way of assuring you that you will receive the best orthodontic care available. Now that's efficiency!
I have had the awesome privilege to have worked for this practice since July 1994. I have an additional certification in pit and fissure sealants which allow me to coronal polish the teeth. As a patient manager, I enjoy all the wonderful patients I get to meet and see them grow throughout their treatment. It is so exciting to see those beautiful smiles in the end. If I am not treating my patients in the clinic, you can usually find me checking on the supplies of the office so that I can keep everything we need to care for our patients in stock.
I am married to my husband, Rocky and I have four wonderful children, Kaylee, Abbey, Brady and Zoey. I also have three adorable granddaughters, Lauren, Lia and Landry. I stay busy watching my children at all their sporting events and going to the Longview football games where my daughter twirls for the Big Green Marching Machine. Away from the office, my family and I enjoy spending time outside and riding horses.
I started by career in orthodontics by joining this practice in 2005. I am a registered dental assistant and have an additional certification in coronal polishing. I have additional responsibilities in the practice by keeping up with our bracket and wire supplies and I work closely with product representatives to keep the supplies in stock. I love working in our family oriented environment and making beautiful smiles.
I live the country life with my husband, Eric and our three beautiful girls, Layla, Alli, and Avery. My time away from work is spent at my children's school activities, outdoors and living life on our farm.
I started my orthodontic career in April 1998 and joined this practice in August 2011 bringing with me thirteen years of experience. I am a registered dental assistant and have an additional certification in coronal polishing. I am also an Invisalign specialist and a certified iTero scanner. I enjoy our patient manager system because it allows me to become a part of the patient's journey throughout treatment. I love getting to know them and their families on a more personal level.
My husband Paul and I enjoy our busy life running our three active children, Aiden and twins, Olivia and Graham to all their many sports and extracurricular activities. Their dad and I are their biggest fans! We enjoy camping, riding bikes, sporting events and going to the beach.
I have been in the field of orthodontics for eight years. I joined this practice in 2007 and worked for a little over two years, rejoining the practice in 2016 when Sherman and Briscoe Orthodontics opened their satellite office in my home town of Kilgore. I am a certified dental assistant and have an additional coronal polishing certification. I enjoy working chairside with our doctors where I assist families in their orthodontic journey. I love seeing the joy embedded in the smiles of each patient after their treatment is complete because in many cases, the results are far better than they ever expected. We often take for granted that our smile is a powerful, God given tool that has the ability to impact and change the life of another. A smile can build confidence and change a person's life and that is what makes this much more than a job to me.
My husband, John and I are busy with our three boys, Trystan, Kaleb and Kipton. I really enjoy traveling, hiking, and cheering on my boys at their baseball games! I love fellowshipping with my awesome church family at Forest Home Baptist church in Kilgore!!
I had three previous years of orthodontic experience before joining the team here in 2016. I am a registered dental assistant and have an additional certification in coronal polishing. When I am not assisting our patients in the clinic you can find me taking x-rays and photos in our records department. I love getting to know my patients while creating a beautiful smile.
I am married to my husband John and we were blessed to welcome our daughter, Kimber Lynn in April of this year, we also have two fur babies, Jasper and Toby. My favorite thing to do while not at work is spending time with my friends and family.

I married my husband Dustin in 2014 and we welcomed our sweet baby girl, Haegan Grace in August 2016. Outside of work, I love to be outdoors hunting, fishing, and playing with our dogs, Drake and Bubba. We love living in the country and raising cows on our farm.

I have an amazing husband, Guy, and we share a beautiful family together. I have been in and out of martial arts for the past 32 years and enjoy spending time with my family and friends while hanging out at the lake.
I began working for Duren and Sherman in 1997 and have been blessed to see generations of families come through our office. My career in orthodontics has created many friendships and memories not only with my patients but also with my work family and community. Outside of the clinic I enjoy spending time with my loving husband, Rickey, entertaining friends and family at our home and supporting our children Mason, Mallory, Trevor and Kaeleigh, as they are very active in sports. In 2006 I began selling real estate in the East Texas area to be able to serve others and help families find resources that are needed.
With a combined 75 years of experience, our laboratory team is second to none! Using state-of-the-art digital technology, our technicians promptly provide our doctors with the diagnostic records required to accurately diagnose even the most difficult orthodontic cases. In addition, they custom design most all functional appliances and retainers in our laboratory—just one more step in delivering personalized, efficient patient care!
I began working here at this practice in 1984. I am proud to say I have been here for over 30 years! I have worked in our very own in-house laboratory all my years of employment here. I make almost every appliance that is needed for our patients. I also take x-rays and photos when needed. I love the faith and trust my doctors have in my ability to perform my job without direct supervision from them. I feel I am an expert with my skills and I pride myself in delivering top quality appliances for our patients that help them to achieve and maintain their beautiful smiles.
I married my high school sweetheart, Billy and we have two grown children of which we are very proud, Courtney who is a Speech & Language Pathologist and just got married this past June to her prince charming, Sam, and my son, Chance, who has a degree in Corrosion Technology. Outside the office, I enjoy spending time with my family and friends and if I ever retire, I am looking forward to doing some traveling!
I am proud to say I began working for this practice when I was just out of high school and that was in 1980. Yes, it's been 30 years plus!! I work behind the scenes in our laboratory making almost every appliance needed to create and maintain the beautiful smiles that our doctors and patient managers help to provide for each patient. I also assist in our records area taking x-rays and photos when needed. I feel I work for the best place in the world. I love all the awesome girls I work with and I have the sweetest and most caring bosses ever! We are like family and feel we can depend on one another at any time and for any reason.
I am married to my wonderful husband Tommy. I am super proud of my children, my son, Andrew and my daughter Ashley and my sweet step-daughter, Abby. My pride and joys are my beautiful grandbabies, Ava, Lydia and Deakin, who I love spending time with. Away from work, you can find me and Tommy relaxing at home on our back porch with our fur babies, Rudy, Luke and Nala, while watching our beautiful ducks on our pond!
I started to work at Sherman and Briscoe Orthodontics in 2012 bringing with me three years of dental assisting and orthodontic experience. I became a registered dental assistant after completion of the program at Tyler Junior College. I take the x-rays and photos prior to treatment and I get to see the amazing end results by taking the final x-rays and photos after treatment. I also assist our Lab Techs and I am cross-trained as a scheduling coordinator.
I love spending time with my husband, Ben and our fur babies, Shuggie and Patches. My favorite things to do outside the office other than spending time with my husband, who makes me laugh, is worshipping Jesus anywhere, shopping, singing, and fishing. I also enjoy attending college football games! Go Ole' Miss!!!
