Check in
You are greeted at the front desk by a smile. Coffee, water and Wi-Fi are there if you want them. New patient forms are emailed to you ahead of your visit, so you can fill them out at home rather than in a waiting room.

We want your first visit to be the easiest appointment you have all year. No referral is needed, the exam is free, and you will leave knowing exactly where things stand.
Your appointment
You are greeted at the front desk by a smile. Coffee, water and Wi-Fi are there if you want them. New patient forms are emailed to you ahead of your visit, so you can fill them out at home rather than in a waiting room.

We take digital photographs and a digital X-ray. No impression trays and no gagging. The images go straight onto a screen, which matters for what happens next: you are going to look at your own teeth alongside the doctor rather than listen to a description of them.

One of our doctors examines your teeth, bite and jaw alignment, walks you through what the images show, and explains the options that would actually work for you. If treatment makes sense, you will hear what it involves. If the right answer is to wait, you will hear that instead. Some patients are better served by coming back every six months until the time is right.

Four of our six offices are satellite offices, open on set days each month rather than every week. That never means you cannot reach us.
Call the number for your office on any weekday and you will get a person. Many orthodontic problems can be sorted out over the phone. If it needs a chair, we will work it out, and that often means seeing you at Longview or Texarkana, our two full-time offices, rather than waiting for your usual office to open again.
Each office's schedule is listed on its own location page.
Find your nearest office and review its address, schedule and directions before your visit.
